At S&B Autobody we offer a wide range of service to cater for all forms of motor vehicles. We specialise in Mechanical Repairs, Tyre fitting / tracking and Autobody Repairs. At S&B Autobody we have a fully fitted workshop for each department of our business. We are located in Grange, Co. Waterford.
Role
S&B Autobody and looking for an office administrator to assist in the smooth running of our business, with an intimate start.
This is a full-time permanent role 39hrs per week (hours can be negotiable for the right applicant).
Responsibilities
This role would include but not limited to the following duties:
· Booking of work and schedule work to the workshop floor
· Dealing with customer Queries via, Phone, emails and in person
· Management of all Business accounts (including tax returns, invoicing).
· Promotion of the business through social media.
Skills / experience
· 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
· Office Administration or Account Technician qualification is desirable but not essential
· Experience with Sage or similar accounts software's would be advantageous, but not essential.
· Proficient in all Microsoft offices packages.
· Comfortable using Facebook, tick tock, and other social media

Pay: €27,500.00-€30,000.00 per year
