Aviation Finance
practice, is seeking an
Associate Solicitor
to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-value cross-border transactions for some of the world's largest airlines, lessors, and financiers.
About the Role:
The Aviation Finance team advises across the full spectrum of transactional work, including aircraft acquisitions, leasing, and financing arrangements. Associates in the team play a key role in:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to aircraft sales, purchases, leases, and financing.
* Coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions, often working with international counsel and meeting tight deadlines.
* Building and maintaining client relationships, assisting with business development, and supporting partner-led initiatives.
* Managing multiple priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery on all matters.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction.
* NQ to 5 years' PQE in finance law, ideally with exposure to aviation transactions.
* Strong academic background and excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
* Ability to exercise sound judgement, manage a busy workload, and work under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen interest in staying up to date with industry developments.
