This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Construction Professional on a large scale Highrise residential project in Cork City.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction works on site, ensuring they are completed safely and in line with the program. They must also manage technical and engineering requirements, including RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings and Design Team Workshops.
* Set out site works using robotic total stations, GPS and other surveying tools
* Ensure quality control measures are implemented
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and planners during the planning and construction of the project
The successful candidate should possess a third level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline. They should have 4+ years experience on Irish Construction projects and be competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level.
