Job Title: Materials Coordinator
The Role
A key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective management of all materials required to support our operations. This includes purchasing aircraft parts, chasing outstanding orders, building relationships with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in logistics support functions.
Responsibilities
* Purchase aircraft parts to meet routine, critical, and AOG requirements.
* Chase outstanding orders with suppliers to meet deadlines.
* Built working relationships with existing and new suppliers.
* Maintain accurate data within the stock control system.
* Ensure compliance with ASL MMOE and relevant Engineering procedures.
* Conduct periodic stock checking for accuracy and financial reporting.
* Maintain competence through education and training.
