Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and directors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date hardcopy and electronic filing systems
* Prepare documents, such as meeting agendas, in advance of meetings
* Update spreadsheets using Excel
* Assist with project Cost Management and issue documentation for staff
* Liaise with procurement on non-material purchases for site
Skill Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
* 2+ years experience in a similar role
* Ability to prioritise and multitask workload
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
Preferred Qualification:
* Experience within Construction Environment
