eDiscovery and Risk Mitigation Specialist
About the Role:
Evaluate transactions, safeguard customer base, profitability, and brand while maintaining a high bar of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate suspicious buyer activity, communicate with buyers, merchants, and other customers to make informed decisions about risk. Maintain site quality by enforcing policy guidelines, identify and minimize fraud risks, and participate in special projects as necessary.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Dutch (C1/C2 level), Microsoft Office skills, and previous work experience in customer service/retail environment. Knowledge of or experience in fraud/risk management is a plus. Strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
