Healthcare Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a healthcare support worker.
Job Description:
* To provide exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
* To work collaboratively with the nursing team to achieve high standards of care delivery.
* To assist in the promotion of continence and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
* To respond promptly to nurse call systems, providing assistance as required, while maintaining effective communication with colleagues.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels; ability use appropriate body language when communicating with clients who have physical or learning difficulties. FETEC/NFQ 5 or equivalent qualification an asset ; willingness participate training development, stay updated best practice guidelines .
