Shall have minimum experience of 2 pharma serialization implementation projects as functional consultant.
· Shall have good process knowledge in pharma Serialization process & site manufacturing / packaging process.
· Shall have good working knowledge on Serialization on SAP ATTP S4 HANA integrations with S4/HANA and SAP ATTP S4/HANA Upgrades, Rules framework, AIF configuration and country regulatory reporting solutions for US, EU, RU, ROW and Middle East markets.
· Sound knowledge in Divestures and Integration projects.
· Conduct Gap analysis in Enterprise Serialization systems, prepare functional specification and create/execute test scripts.
· Supporting Site SMEs with user trainings and work instructions documentation.
· Conducting change management activities for awareness of changes that are happening due to Serialization implementation.
* JD:2
· Support deployment of L3 solution from Optel.
· Support L3 upgrade/decommission activities for Optel, Arvato CSDB systems.
· Work with supporting IT Teams to deliver the solution.
· Support packaging line – L2 software, Operating systems, connectors, interfaces upgrade as required working with Optel, Site Engineering and packaging SME.
· Support Informal and Formal IQ, OQ & PQ for the Level 2, Level 3 systems for Non-serialized / Serialized / Aggregated scenarios.
· Update and create new test scripts for L2 and L3 functionality in HP Quality Center.
· Produce required documentation as per Change Controls and validation protocols.
· Ensure that all end users are trained and ready for obtaining access into the systems.
· Helping site SMEs during cut-over activities before Go-Live.
· Go-Live Support and Hypercare.
· Support IT process around serialization in area of quality process and supply chain.
· Performing daily system monitoring of current systems.
· Perform regular and schedule application and server maintenance.
· Support GIDC IT Infra & network requests for software/hardware upgrades, L3/L4 application system / server maintenance.
· Support ad hoc requests and support other ticket requests to resolution.
· Ensure that all end users trained and ready for getting access into system.
· Familiar with OPTEL, Arvato, Uhlmann, Seavision, Jekson, Systech, Micro Focus Application Life Cycle Management Quality Center, Tracelink, ServiceNow
