About Your New Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of precast concrete packages from pre-contract through to final account.
Working closely with project, design, production, and installation teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably, accurately, and in line with contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and managing project cost plans and budgets
Valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts
Managing variations, claims, and cost reporting
Procuring subcontractors and materials
Liaising with main contractors, clients, and internal teams
Supporting project delivery from a commercial perspective
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a contractor or specialist subcontractor
Experience in precast concrete, façades, or specialist construction packages (advantageous)
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, detail-oriented approach
