About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to lead our day-to-day operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of our office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, including systems, supplies, and communications
* Lead accounts functions, including invoicing, PO matching, payment runs, and reconciliation
* Ensure accurate financial records are maintained in line with internal controls and audit standards
* Support senior leaders with reports and coordination of internal operations
* Liaise with the finance team on month-end reporting and budgeting
* Provide administrative support across multiple departments
* Foster a friendly culture across the office
Requirements and Skills:
* A strong background in accounts and financial coordination, including bookkeeping and managing AP/AR
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks
