CPM Ireland is currently hiring a Charity Ambassador Team Leader. The purpose of this role is to provide coaching and development for Field Sales Representatives and work as part of a Field Sales Team to generate new customers on behalf of the client. Salary up to €35 DOE, €49k OTE, fully uncapped commission structure, car allowance €5k p/a or a company van.
The successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
* Carry out field accompaniments and 1-2-1 meetings with Field Sales Representatives as directed by Sales Manager
* Provide coaching and development for all team members
* Manage all issues and incidents in Sales Manager’s absence
* Call on potential customers in their homes, promoting charitable work
* Deliver personal and team sales targets
* Follow up where required, supporting all Head Office sales processing procedures
* Work to standards set by the Sales Manager
* Continuously report field intelligence to identify and grasp field opportunities
* Operate professionally, efficiently, and effectively when completing tasks and representing the company and client
* Undertake any other duties as instructed by the Sales Manager
* Ensure team acts compliantly
* Manage team sales quality and compliance in support of the Sales Manager
* Establish daily communication with Field Sales Reps
* Support Reps in reaching/exceeding targets set by the Sales Manager
* Inform the Sales Manager of all competitive activities and operational updates from the field
Minimum Experience & Skills
* At least 12 months’ experience in a fast-paced operations or administrative role
* Proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Passion for owning a process or workstream to deliver success through autonomy
* Ability to perform in a team environment and independently
* Experience in sales order management, processing, or reporting
* Experience in sales or operations/admin within sales sectors
* Initiative and ability to work independently without supervision
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* Commitment to process improvement through critical appraisal
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
* Clear verbal expression, face-to-face and by phone
* Ability to present material in multimedia format
* Ability to present data, numbers, and tables clearly and relevantly

* Identify and implement at least one new way of working per quarter to improve efficiencies and add value
