**E&I Construction Lead Role**
This role requires a seasoned professional to join the construction team as an E&I Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the timely and proper execution of electrical & instrumentation scope within projects.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the construction manager in constructability reviews and interactive planning sessions with clients and design teams.
* Ensuring adequate resource allocation during project phases, including personnel, equipment, tools, facilities, and other necessary resources.
* Guiding field supervisors through enforcing site-specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) with a focus on best-in-class practices.
* Monitoring compliance with safety regulations, quality control processes, contractual requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, safety standards ,and applicable industry guidelines while actively identifying areas of improvement.
