Your New Role As an Architectural Technologist our client is looking you to be able to display strong detailing and technical skills. The projects you will be working on will have a degree of complexity and you should be able to thrive and find enjoyment when finding unique solutions. Projects you will work on are mostly large scale residential and mixed-use developments, but you can expect to also work on their commercial projects also. You will have a great team behind you to collaborate with and an experienced team to hit the ground running. The Requirements You should have a degree background in Architecture Technology and have experience on Irish projects. You should have a working understanding on project methodology, the design process, through to construction phases. You should have a good understanding of planning process and building control legislation applicable to the project type. Your portfolio should display strong attention to detail, with excellent detailing throughout.
