Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (Mental Health) Housing First Community Team | Dublin 1
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will balance clinical leadership and direct care, ensuring high standards while staying connected to the people you serve.
Lead and support nursing staff through coaching, supervision and mentorship
Deliver assessments, care planning and interventions in community settings
Support harm reduction, overdose response and health promotion
Work closely with housing, addiction and primary care services
Drive quality improvement and clinical governance standards
