The role sits within a busy, collaborative education team responsible for producing, reviewing and enhancing content across a suite of professional education programmes, with a clear focus on quality, consistency and the overall learner experience.
As an Education Content Specialist, you will be responsible for: Designing and developing learner-focused educational content, including course materials and digital learning resources Collaborating with subject matter experts, authors, lecturers and examiners to deliver projects on time and to quality standards Supporting assessment processes, including learner guidance, feedback coordination and preparation of examination documentation Ensuring programmes align with academic, industry and quality assurance standards Analysing learner engagement and feedback to improve course content design, and learner supports Contributing to continuous improvement, research and development initiatives to strengthen content Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Skills and experience you will need for the Education Content Specialist role: Proven experience developing and writing educational or training content in a professional or academic setting Experience working with subject matter experts on content development or review Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn educational technologies (e.g. authoring or video tools) Third-level qualification or at least five years relevant experience in education development Whats on offer: Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 (DOE) Central Dublin City location Hybrid and flexible working options Pension Healthcare Learning and Development supports Whats next?
