HR Operations Manager - Manufacturing Sector
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team in Monaghan Town. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Senior Generalist or ready-made middle manager to take control of the people function for a rapidly expanding food manufacturing site.
The company currently employs circa 140 employees and has recently invested heavily in a new production line, which will increase company turnover and headcount.
Reporting to the Site Lead, the HR Manager will drive policy from the wider group business, as well as working on employee engagement and building relationships within the factory.
This role offers hybrid work, with one day a week from home.

In this role, you will design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes to enable the business to consistently achieve its strategic goals and objectives.
You will create a positive company culture that delivers a progressive experience for employees aligned with company values and add value in support of the overall continuous improvement agenda.
You will also develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
Requirements
* A Third-Level qualification in a HR related discipline, preferably CIPD certified.
* At least 3 years' experience in a HR Manager or Generalist position in a medium enterprise, ideally in FMCG manufacturing.
* A proven record of delivering value-added HR solutions and initiatives.
* A passion for people and organisation development.
* Ability to work cross-functionally across a business collaborating with all stakeholders.
* People management experience is desirable.
