Hotel Accommodation Services Leader
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel accommodation services. As Front of House Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective management and leadership.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
* Collaborate with the reception team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a similar role
* Certificate in hospitality or related field (advantageous)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
* Experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
