Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in a Field Sales Manager role. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the designated territory, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Business Development:
o Engage with potential clients within the commercial sector to identify and develop new business opportunities.

* Account Management:

* Technical Expertise:
o Provide technical guidance to clients to ensure product suitability for specific projects.
o Work closely with the technical team to design customised solutions for client projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Technical Background:
o Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the building services industry.
* Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of product solutions for commercial applications.
o Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
