Your Impact
We are seeking a Senior Software Implementation Engineer to lead and deliver complex enterprise deployments of Acre’s software platforms across customer environments. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for an experienced engineer capable of owning customer implementations end‑to‑end from technical architecture and configuration through go‑live and operational stability with minimal reliance on Product or R&D teams.
You will operate as the technical authority on delivery projects, bridging product capabilities with real‑world customer infrastructure and ensuring deployments are secure, scalable, and production ready.
This role is suited to engineers who have previously worked in software consulting, solutions engineering, or deployment engineering and are comfortable independently implementing complex systems in customer environments.
What You’ll Do
Technical Delivery Ownership
Own the technical delivery of enterprise software implementations
Lead deployments across cloud, on‑premise and hybrid customer environments
Design implementation approaches aligned to scalability and reliability
Execute system configuration, installation, and commissioning
Drive technical go‑live readiness and stabilisation
Integrations & Architecture
Implement and troubleshoot API integrations with third‑party systems
Configure identity, authentication, networking and database connectivity
Perform system migrations and upgrades
Validate performance, resilience, and operational readiness
Diagnose and resolve complex platform and environment issues
Customer Technical Leadership
Act as the senior technical authority on delivery projects
Guide customers through technical decisions and trade‑offs
Lead technical workshops and deployment sessions
Support escalation handling during implementation
Delivery Capability Development
Reduce dependency on Engineering through deep platform expertise
Create repeatable deployment patterns and standards
Produce technical implementation documentation and runbooks
Mentor junior engineers and implementation staff
Contribute to improving delivery scalability across regions
What You’ll Bring
Technical Skills
Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and system interoperability
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid deployments
Networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, firewalls, VPN, ports, routing)
Databases and SQL troubleshooting
Authentication technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, identity systems)
Linux/Windows server environments
Troubleshooting performance, configuration, and environment issues
Behaviours
Able to independently drive technical decisions in ambiguous environments
Strong customer communication and technical leadership presence
Comfortable operating directly in production environments
Structured problem‑solver with strong diagnostic skills
Ownership mentality, sees implementation through to stability
Nice to Have Experience
Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise platforms in customer environments
Background in physical security, identity, or access control systems
Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure)
Scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Experience working with APIs and integration frameworks
Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing ecosystems
Experience operating in regulated or enterprise IT environments
