Monitoring the restaurants cash flow, follow proper cash handling protocol and settling outstanding bills.
Promote the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction Ensure that all checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing duties are completed for each shift.
Ensure that all steps of service, policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Manual are followed on a daily basis.
