We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Childcare Practitioner to lead our team in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and safe learning atmosphere, promoting child development, and supervising free play activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Caring for and encouraging the growth of each child;
* Supervising and monitoring child development in compliance with regulations;
* Conducting and following a weekly/monthly plan;
* Observing, recording, and reporting child progress;
* Communicating effectively with children, staff, and parents;
* Following established policies and procedures.
Required qualifications include:
* FETAC Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent;
* Manual Handling certification;
* First Aid certification;
* Child Protection certification;
* Experience in an Early Years setting;
* Basic computer skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Punctuality and reliability.
