This position reports directly to the Engineering Operations Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing asset lifecycles, overseeing preventive maintenance programs, integrating and optimizing systems, and driving continuous improvement in equipment monitoring.
About the Role
* Maintain adherence to necessary safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout operations;
* Oversee the entire lifecycle of equipment ensuring proper maintenance calibration operation maximizing uptime efficiency;
* Develop manage programmes preventing equipment failure ensuring that schedules align operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Management:
* Implement effective strategies for identifying mitigating risks related to operations;
* Liaise with teams regarding performance insights enabling data-driven decision-making ;
Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement:
