It is desirable that candidates demonstrate through their application form and at the interview that he/she:Ability to determine priorities and organise workloads in order to produce quality output within tight timeframesA proven ability to work under pressure and think laterally in dealing with a wide range of issuesHave a good knowledge of construction and associated complianceHave a good knowledge of planning legislationHave a good knowledge of construction projectsHave an ability to work alone, in an independent environment and without constant supervisionBe capable of working within a multidisciplinary teamBe capable of working on their own initiativePossess good communication and interpersonal skillsHave good knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations, their implications for the organisation and the employee, and their application in the workplace
