This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives on excellence, team leadership, and strategic execution. What Youll Do: Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments: front desk, housekeeping, F&B, sales, and maintenance Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance Optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through smart revenue and yield strategies Deliver exceptional guest service and personally address escalated issues Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to create a positive, high-performance culture Drive local marketing initiatives and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, OTAs, and community partners Implement property improvements and lead service innovation initiatives What You Bring: 5+ years of hotel management experience (GM or senior leadership role) Strong understanding of hospitality finance, KPIs, and budgeting Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or similar) A passion for guest service and team development True commitment to Irish hospitality, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Knowledge of labour laws, safety standards, and compliance procedures Ready to lead with vision and passion?
