CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer in Ireland, Dublin who will be an ambassador to represent the company, who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users. This role is diverse, interesting, and multifunctional across all areas of Corporate Security and has a high degree of responsibility as outlined below, with the ability to work in a changing environment.
Responsibilities
* Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
* Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet using initiative.
* Be calm, professional and confident under pressure when dealing with confrontational situations.
* Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift.
* Confident in writing incident and shift reports.
* To always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
* To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, always providing an exceptional customer service ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
* Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems.
* Can write emails in the correct manner and speak, very important in Corporate Industry.
* Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
* Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, escalate and disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or Incident on site.
* The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures.
Qualifications
* PSA Security Guarding Licence required & CCTV
* 5* Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year is an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills & Customer Service Skills
* Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills
* Access Control & Monitoring Systems will be used as part of the role on a daily basis (Good IT Skills)
* Visitor Management Systems will be used as part of the role on a daily basis (Good IT Skills)
* Reliable, responsible, punctual, friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character
* To always take pride in your appearance, ensuring immaculate presentation
* Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site
* First Aid Qualification
* Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific duties
* Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information upon request
