Financial Controller Role
A prominent hospitality group seeks a seasoned and business-savvy Financial Controller to oversee its finance operation.
The ideal candidate will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications, at least 3 years' post-qualification experience, and previous experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant FC within hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups.
This leadership role requires strong financial expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success.
The successful candidate will lead a small finance team, prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets, and manage cash flow reporting and banking operations. They will also collaborate with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
