-Clinical expertise in ocular disease, diagnostics, and surgical pathway assessments.
-A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
-A collaborator who works well across disciplines, supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams.
-Clear, empathetic communication — with patients and peers alike.
-Mobility across clinics (full Irish/EU driving licence).
-Critical thinking and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
-Aligned with our mission to lead private eye care in Ireland with clarity, dignity, and disruption.
What You’ll Need to Join Us
-CORU registration + professional indemnity insurance.
-2+ years of clinical experience post-qualification.
-Demonstrated experience in cataract co-management.
-Familiarity with Irish healthcare systems and private sector dynamics.
-Comfort with new tech platforms and electronic patient records.
-Flexibility to travel across our growing network of clinical sites.
Bonus Points For
-Postgrad certifications or special interest in Medical Retina, Glaucoma, or OCT interpretation.
-Experience in public or private hospital eye care.
-Confidence supervising early-career optometrists.
-Knowledge of dementia care or geriatrics.
-Audit, clinical governance or teaching experience.
