The Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive field sales representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a territory, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and winning new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across a designated territory by delivering exceptional customer service and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Actively seek out new opportunities to increase sales within key industry sectors by staying informed on market trends and competitor activity.
* Provide customers with expert advice on a wide range of professional-grade products and solutions to enhance their business operations.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics by leveraging your commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in field-based sales, ideally within trade, industrial, or technical environments where you have demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to travel daily within your assigned region to conduct sales activities and attend meetings with clients.
* Experience in construction, engineering, automotive, maintenance, or similar industries is highly desirable but not essential.
