The Person The ideal candidate is a strategic, commercially minded finance leader who can partner with operational teams to drive performance.
Key traits and competencies include: Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and forecasts.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with two years PQE.
Effective communication with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for hotel leadership.
