Role Responsibilities
* Incident Response and Management
* Backup Monitoring and Maintenance
* Disaster Recovery Planning and Execution
* Account and Group Management
* Supporting Service Providers and Partners
* Patch Deployment and Implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11 principles
* Ability to write and execute change controls, work items, and corrective actions
* Experience implementing changes for IT applications in a regulated environment
* Ability to write standard operating procedures and other validation deliverables
* Experience leading and writing deviation investigations
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational and time management skills
