Duty Manager – Part Time
Location: Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland

Responsibilities
Behave as a role model for everyone

Maintain a high standard of customer service
Operate your shift to ensure all areas are covered and duties are completed
Supervise and co‑ordinate staff, and ensure that everything gets done
Performance manage and mentor the team to ensure excellent operational standards
Deliver the highest standards of health and safety adhering to our policies and procedures at all times
Ensure effective communication in relation to the operation and day‑to‑day running of the centre
Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the centre is always at the highest standard
Qualifications and Requirements
Have R.L.S.S. Pool Emergency Response or be willing to successfully complete within the first month
Have PHECC FAR or be willing to successfully complete within the first two months
Good track record of performance and adherence to company values and shared behaviours
Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks based on the needs of the business
A positive, results‑oriented and driven attitude and willingness to learn and improve
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
Commercially aware and target focused
High standards in health & safety and customer service
Excellent initiative and problem‑solving skills
Fitness Instructor and Pool Plant qualifications are an advantage
Additional Information
Work both weekdays and weekend shifts
Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland
