Production Team Lead
eFlexes are currently recruiting a Production Team Lead for a pharmaceutical company in Shannon, Co Clare.
Duties:
* Lead packaging and assembly operators for medical devices in the diagnostic market.
* Ensure timely order completion with a hands-on approach.
* Monitor and maintain production KPIs against efficiency standards.
* Coordinate operator training with the Production Manager and Quality Department to optimize resources.
* Continuously monitor operator performance and ensure policy compliance.
* Implement corrective actions as part of the CAPA system.
* Provide coverage in other areas as needed, in collaboration with the Production Manager and Management team.
* Communicate effectively with the Production Team and other functions to maintain a positive team-based environment.
* Oversee product flow from inspection to shipping, ensuring documentation aligns with GMP/GDP guidelines.
* Participate in problem-solving and demonstrate technical proficiency.
* Act as the Production Manager when required.
Specifications:
* A 3rd-level qualification in Manufacturing, Technology, or Quality, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident and tactful at all levels.
* Proven leadership ability to coach, assess, develop, motivate, and empower others.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and write technical documents and reports.
* Aptitude for process improvement.
* Excellent IT skills; SAP experience is beneficial.
