Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentors, and develops a high-performing tax team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous professional growth. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to tax advisory teams, ensuring high-quality client service and technical excellence. Manages team workflows and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of tax projects and compliance obligations. Contribute to the firm's growth through business development initiatives, including authoring thought leadership pieces and engaging in networking activities. Key Requirements: A qualified CPA/ACCA/ACA/CTA tax accountant with a minimum of 10 years PQE in Public Practice. Strong interest in financial modelling, strategic business planning, and growth development initiatives Proven client-facing experience, with a strong focus on advising clients in the SME sector.
