Overview
Vision Built is seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join our Finance Team.
Established in 2012 and acquired by Sisk in 2019, Vision Built is an offsite manufacturing business delivering 3D Category 1 volumetric modular and 2D Category 2 panelised solutions to Ireland and the UK, across sectors including residential, education, health, commercial, and technology.
Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and approval.
* Engage with various departments to resolve invoice queries.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Prepare and process payments.
* Record banking transactions in the accounting system.
* Collaborate with other departments to support financial processes.
* Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and administrative tasks.
Experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
* Proactive and team-oriented approach.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
* Knowledge of Irish tax regulations (VAT, RCT) is an advantage.
