As a Senior Manager in the Global Sustainable Impact team, this role will support the advancement of Mondelēz International's ESG reporting and disclosure capabilities. The role will report to the VP Global ESG Reporting and Engagement and will lead ESG regulatory compliance and disclosure strategy and programs, working with the ESG Team and across functions to evaluate, analyze, and advance internal and external ESG reporting and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and experience in ESG regulatory reporting.
What you need to know about this position
 * ESG regulatory compliance, disclosure and reporting strategy development and management
 * Monitor, understand and distill emerging external ESG regulatory compliance and reporting landscape; identify changes at global/local levels and implications for Mondelēz, including actionable insights for senior leadership and internal triage
 * Benchmark best practice with peer companies and enhance Mondelēz’s reporting standards
 * Manage Mondelēz ESG Reporting Standards and policies and ensure compliance across the enterprise; keep Mondelēz up to date with ISSB, TCFD, EU-CSRD and other local regulations; provide training and leadership to global/local teams
 * Coordinate reporting inputs from internal workstream leads to ensure timely population of key reports and disclosures; ensure consistent quantitative and qualitative disclosure across filings
 * Work with External Communications, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit & Controls, IT, and Investor Relations to manage ESG reporting requirements and stakeholder engagement; support local country teams to align local disclosures with enterprise standards
 * Serve as key contact for regulators, legal counsel and independent auditors
 * Prepare Global ESG-related disclosures (e.g., EU-CSRD) for annual and interim reporting cycles; act as expert on regulatory sustainability reporting
 * Drive end-to-end EU-CSRD reporting projects with cross-functional teams
 * Maintain strong understanding of applicable ESG standards & frameworks
 * Coordinate information required for regulatory disclosures, finalize and activate new data and assurance strategies, and manage cadence
 * Manage ESG Double Materiality Assessment and its integration into the ERM Program
 * Oversee MDLZ’s Double Materiality assessment for EU-CSRD and embed governance and reporting frameworks
What extra ingredients you will bring
 * 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with working knowledge of ESG voluntary and regulatory reporting (e.g., EU-CSRD, IFRS, ISSB) in a comparable company (CPG, Food & Beverages preferred)
 * Experience in sustainability standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, ISSB
 * Skilled in crafting and editing non-financial reporting with precision and clarity
 * Strong project management skills
 * Analytical capabilities and clear, concise communication (written and presentation)
 * Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical detail and action orientation
 * Inter-personal skills and collaborative mindset across multiple stakeholders
 * BA/BS with strong academic background
 * Proven ability to work across cultures
 * Strong drive for change and learning agility
