Assistant Manager – Tommy Hilfiger

Responsibilities

Lead the store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaborating with others.
Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
Work alongside the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams.
Partner with store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring accountability of staff in building a repeat customer base.
Complete daily and weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory levels.
Communicate to the Store Manager what is driving sales and discuss any issues or priorities to develop strategies to maximize business, ensuring they are weekly visual presentation action plans.
Analyse store‑level reports and create action plans to improve results.
Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes; recruit store personnel with a broad range of perspectives, experiences and backgrounds.
Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors.
Participate in weekly management meetings alongside other staff meetings.
Clearly communicate to staff: store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations; sales results and provide guidance on what is needed to improve performance.
Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.

Manager, Finished Goods Supply Planning (Remote – Ireland)
Responsible for setting supply plans in all warehouses in the EMEA region and ensuring stock availability in each. The position drives material availability actions within Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, one of the company’s main drivers of customer satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities

Directly manage up to eight associates throughout the EMEA region, as well as North America.
Identify opportunities and implement plans to improve on‑time delivery and inventory.
Work with EMEA L&D to improve freight and material handling costs.
Lead large, cross‑functional groups on improvement initiatives.
Work with demand planning to create and adjust inventory plans throughout the region.

Essential Requirements

Honours bachelor’s degree (Level 8) ideally within supply chain with a minimum of six years of experience, or master’s degree with four years of experience.
Two years of experience in direct management of multiple associates.
Experience leading associates in multiple geographies, representing multiple cultures.
Experience leading cross‑functional groups to attain common improvement goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a methodical and accurate manner.

Preferred Skills

Fluency in a second language.
APICS certification.

Travel & Physical Requirements

Ability to travel internationally or domestically 10% of the year.
Although remote, must be able to travel into the Clare site two to four times per month.

Customer Success Manager, Water Engineering (UK/I) – Remote
Responsibilities

Be accountable for the relationship health of a selected portfolio of accounts.
Develop Customer Success Plans, with documented value delivered.
Improve Autodesk Construction Cloud adoption within these accounts by solving customer challenges with our technology, thereby increasing monthly active users, projects and functionality in use.
Mitigate any churn risk and guide expansion discussions.
Become an expert in our Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform, current functionality and roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java; an additional backend OO language is an advantage.
