Job descriptionExciting opportunity opened to join at hotel in city center, to be part of our amazing housekeeping team delivering an excellent guest and member experience.ExpectationsLiaise with Head Housekeeper/ Supervisor to ensure all rooms are cleaned in conjunction with guests check in / departuresMaintain clean rooms by vacuuming, polishing, providing linen services, dusting, cleaning to a high standard and perform other duties as advised by the Senior Housekeeping teamDeliver consistently high standards of cleanliness, looking after guests requirements and maintaining a polite and courteous attitudeReplenish linen and guest suppliesProvide an excellent guest experienceReporting any defects such as faults and any areas of concernWork on a rota basis on average 5 days per week which will Include weekendsExperiencePassion for cleanliness with a keen eye for detail and high standardsA desire to consistently deliver an excellent level of service and improve departmental performanceYou'll have a real focus on quality standards of your own work and that of the teamAbility to work individually and as part of a teamExcellent customer service and communication skillsFlexibility, reliability and work under pressureExperience of working in a hotel or in a similar position would be advantageous.BenefitsWe want you to enjoy what you do and where you work.
