The Role
We\'re looking for enthusiastic General Operatives to join our friendly and growing team. You\'ll assist in the installation of Cavity Wall Insulation, Attic Insulation, Retrofitting, and Ventilation systems. Whether you\'re new to the field or bringing prior construction experience, you\'ll receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of retrofitting and insulation projects
* Operate tools and equipment safely (training provided)
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Follow instructions, work plans, and safety protocols
* Communicate professionally with team members and clients
* Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Ideal Candidate
Background in construction, general site work, or trade-based roles
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working outdoors and on-site
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good written and spoken English
Strong time management and a can-do attitude
Requirements
* 23 Years or older
* Full clean driver\'s licence
* Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
* Knowledge of retrofit processes is an advantage, but not essential - training is provided
