What you'll do:
Extensive experience delivering engineering projects in a pharmaceutical environment, with strong understanding of full project lifecycle and stage-gate processes.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams/contractors, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Strong technical and financial capability (scope development, design, budgeting, SAP/tools), with excellent communication and influencing skills.
What you'll need:
Lead end-to-end project delivery concept, business case, design, planning, execution, commissioning, and close-out ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
Manage project financials, schedules, risks, procurement, and prioritisation while coordinating with Engineering, EHS, QA, Facilities, and Procurement.
Develop and execute project plans, drive value engineering, oversee equipment procurement/commissioning.
