Technology Strategy & Transformation
practice and is seeking experienced leaders at
Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, and Director
level.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping technology strategies for clients within the
financial services sector
, helping them deliver business and customer outcomes through impactful digital and technology change.
The Role
You will lead high-performing technology strategy teams, partner closely with senior client stakeholders, and guide the design and delivery of complex technology and digital transformation initiatives. The role combines strategic advisory, leadership, and hands-on delivery across a wide range of technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Leadership
* Lead teams delivering technology strategy and transformation engagements, including digital strategy, CTO advisory, agile transformation, IT cost optimisation, and technology operating model design
* Provide strategic guidance to clients on aligning technology initiatives with broader business objectives
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
* Engage with senior business and technology leaders to understand challenges, define priorities, and shape strategic responses
* Design and oversee the delivery of tailored technology strategies that deliver measurable business value
Strategy & Framework Expertise
* Apply structured strategic planning and decision-making frameworks to support major technology investment decisions
* Advise clients on technology governance, operating models, and adoption approaches
Service Delivery & Quality
* Lead technology assessments and strategy development initiatives
* Oversee complex project delivery, ensuring consistently high standards and best-practice execution
Practice & Capability Development
* Contribute to the development and evolution of the technology strategy offering
* Drive innovation across services, methodologies, and client delivery approaches
* Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance
Business Development
* Identify and pursue new opportunities
* Lead proposal development and support go-to-market activities
Knowledge Leadership
* Act as a subject matter expert in technology strategy and transformation
* Mentor team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
* Develop thought leadership to strengthen market positioning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with other consulting and specialist teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Skills & Experience
Required
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related discipline
* Strong interest in pursuing relevant professional certifications (e.g. Agile, Programme Management, Technology certifications)
Preferred
* 3+ years' experience
in technology strategy, digital transformation, or IT advisory
* Experience in consulting environments and working with senior leadership teams
* More experienced candidates may be considered for
Director-level
roles
* Exposure to top-tier or large consulting organisations is advantageous
