Job Opportunity: Recruiter
Our Healthcare, Public Sector client in Dublin city centre is seeking a Recruiter for a 6-month contract. The role offers hybrid working with three days onsite and two days remote. The successful candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles, including Medical, Nursing, Health & Social Care, Management, Admin, and Corporate positions.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
2. Design job descriptions and lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
3. Utilise recruitment tools and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
4. Attend career fairs and refine recruitment and selection processes.
5. Standardise candidate communication to enhance the applicant experience.
6. Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
* Third-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related business area.
* At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, either in-house or agency.
* Experience in public service or healthcare recruitment is preferred.
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
