ResponsibilitiesHelp provide residents with excellent, all-encompassing care while consistently advancing their equality and dignity.
Completing chores that have been assigned and delegated involves providing direct care as well as all areas of daily living, such as eating, dressing, undressing, toileting, washing, and conversing with others.
Encourage each resident's freedom while respecting their privacy and dignity.
Residents with limited mobility should receive special attention and assistance.
