I'm working with a fast-scaling, global legal technology business that is looking to hire a Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth across UKI and key emerging markets including the UAE, South Africa, and Benelux, from their Dublin EMEA base.
With a North American headquarters and an impressive global footprint, this business is in an exciting build phase internationally and is looking for a marketer who wants to be part of something from the ground up.
Regional Marketing Manager – UKI & Emerging Markets | Dublin | Hybrid
The Role
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll own the regional marketing strategy across your markets, developing and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate demand, and deepen customer and partner engagement. You'll plan and deliver field events, trade shows, webinars, and digital programs, while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the wider global Marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivering measurable pipeline impact.
There is also a strong partnership focus, identifying and building relationships with legal associations, industry bodies, and technology partners across your regions to expand market presence.
This role requires approximately 40% travel across your markets, so a genuine appetite for being on the ground and representing the brand in person is important.
What They're Looking For
5 to 7 plus years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS or technology, with strong hands-on experience delivering field marketing programs, events, and campaigns across multiple markets. Experience in or exposure to the legal sector would be a bonus. You'll need strong project management skills, confidence working cross-functionally, and a data-driven approach to measuring and optimising performance. Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker is advantageous.
