Adare Manor is now accepting applications for the Aspire Management‑in‑Training (MIT) Programme in Food & Beverage, a 12‑month accelerated development pathway designed to cultivate future leaders within our luxury resort.
This programme provides high‑potential candidates with hands‑on operational experience, structured leadership development, and direct exposure to senior leaders across all Food & Beverage outlets.
Programme Overview
Duration: 12 monthsDepartment: Food & BeverageLocation: Adare Manor, Co. Limerick
Participants will gain broad exposure across our award‑winning F&B operations through structured rotations, supported by:
Leadership and management training
One‑to‑one mentoring
Regular development reviews and coaching

Who Should Apply
Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience, ideally within F&B (supervisory experience is an advantage)
