Associate Director – Social Infrastructure, Leading Asset Manager, DublinWe are partnering with a leading infrastructure investment and asset management firm looking for an Associate Director to join its growing Social Infrastructure team in Dublin. While the platform invests broadly across core infrastructure sectors such as transport, renewable energy, utilities, and digital networks, this role will have a particular focus on social infrastructure investments.Key Responsibilities:Originate and assess new investment opportunities within the social infrastructure sectorExecute transactions from initial evaluation through to financial closeWork collaboratively within a small, high-performing team across multiple live dealsManage and monitor portfolio assets to ensure continued performanceBuild and maintain detailed financial models and conduct asset valuationsPrepare investment memos, reports, and materials for the Investment CommitteeContribute commercial insight and analytical rigour to support effective decision-makingQualifications:3+ years' experience in infrastructure investing and/or advisory at a leading investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or investment firmExperience across infrastructure or real estate highly advantageousStrong transaction experience and understanding of private markets and infrastructure sectorsExcellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skillsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage confidently with senior stakeholdersA collaborative mindset and genuine interest in working within a growing, entrepreneurial teamIf you think you would be a good fit, please apply below.
