This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of Fleetwood paints, coatings, and ancillary products to customers nationwide.The successful candidate will undertake multiple daily deliveries across Ireland, ensuring products are handled with care, documentation is completed accurately, and service standards are consistently met. The role requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, customer service, and representing the Fleetwood brand to a high standard at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete daily multi-drop deliveries to trade customers, retailers, and distribution points across Ireland.Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and promote fuel-efficient driving.Safely load, secure, and unload products, ensuring packaging integrity and preventing damage or spills.Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy at all times.Operate vehicles in full compliance with RSA Working Time Regulations, tachograph legislation, and company transport policies.Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness, both internally and externally.Accurately complete all delivery documentation, including delivery dockets, manifests, proof-of-delivery, and returns paperwork.Manage product returns, empty containers, and customer-specific delivery requirements in a professional manner.Deliver excellent customer service, acting as a positive and professional ambassador for the Fleetwood brand.Communicate effectively with the Transport & Despatch Manager regarding delays, route changes, delivery issues, or customer concerns.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsFull C Licence (CE Licence an advantage).Valid Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC.Proven experience in multi-drop delivery with a strong safety record.Experience handling paints, coatings, chemicals, or similar products.Good knowledge of the Irish road network.Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices, including load security and handling liquid/chemical goods.Excellent route-planning, time management, and organisational skills.Confident and accurate in completing delivery documentation and PODs.Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently while following company procedures.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond calmly to delivery challenges.Physically fit to undertake loading and unloading duties.ADR certification is desirable but not essential.Key Competencies & Interpersonal SkillsProfessional and courteous communication style.Strong customer service focus with both trade and retail customers.Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution focused.Adaptable to changing routes, schedules, and operational demands.Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with dispatch and colleagues.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payLicence/Certification:C Driving Licence (required)Digital Tachograph Card (required)CPC Card (required)ADR Certification (preferred)CE Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: On the road
