Training Development Specialist
We are currently recruiting for a Training Development Specialist to join our team. This is a 12-month contract role that involves designing and developing training materials for regulatory assessors of human medicines across the European regulatory network.
The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts (SMEs) within the EU network to create digital learning solutions that support assessors in navigating an increasingly complex scientific landscape. They will also work with the project lead and educational specialist to create an effective, standardized approach to training development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to activities for capability development at both national and international levels.
* Promote change management and work with colleagues to create a supportive environment enabling departmental motivation, impact, and adaptability.
* Participate in European initiatives as required.
