**Job Title:** Bar Operations Manager
Our Client is recruiting a highly organized and dynamic individual to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency at a busy GastroBar/Restaurant in Cork City.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:
Working closely with the General Manager, manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
2. Staff Management:
Support staff by providing training, mentorship,and supervision.
• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing labor costs.
