About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee our solar installation operations across the South of Ireland. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support multiple solar installation teams across the region
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Oversee site operations, health & safety compliance, and performance management
Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure adherence to electrical and installation standards
Coordinate with internal departments including sales, logistics, and technical support
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for team members
Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to optimise performance and productivity
Act as the primary point of contact for regional operational issues
Regional Warehouse Management Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of regional warehouse facilities supporting installation teams
Ensure efficient stock control, inventory accuracy, and material availability across all projects
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including deliveries to sites and returns
Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse organisation, safety, and compliance
Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to forecast material requirements and manage stock levels
Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost control
Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of solar equipment and electrical components
Requirements
Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (essential)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably solar
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
Experience scaling or managing regional operations
Strong understanding of Irish electrical regulations and standards
Background in solar PV installation
