* Perform water testing, raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.

* Conduct investigations for out-of-specification results.
* Manage procurement of QC consumables.
* Understand production processes and calibrate equipment as needed.
* Report and participate in GLP/GMP compliance activities.
* Complete safety reports and participate in cross-functional training.

* Complete all SOPs, training, and assessments timely.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements / Relevant Experience
For entry into Year 1 of Level 6 QC Apprenticeship Program:
* Pass (Grade O6 or better) in five Leaving Certificate subjects, including maths and a science subject.
* 250 CAO points.
Or:
* Relevant FETAC Level 5 or Level 6 Graduate.
* Current employee with relevant experience and qualifications.
Before enrolling in the apprenticeship program, the apprentice must have SOLAS apprentice approval.
